Supportive Care Information – such as:

1. You can expect to keep your windows in the wound-up position for a minimum of 48 hours after a tinting process has been completed.
2. Cleaning your windows should be avoided for approximately three weeks to allow for proper adhesive curing to take place.
3. Cleaning should only be done with a Soft or Microfiber cloth, using only water, a mild detergent or an ammonia-free window cleaner solution. You should never use a scourer, brush or abrasive equipment.
4. Advice on how minor water bubbles are an initial expectation of the curing process. They will disappear after a short time.
5. An explanation of what VLT means – this is known as Visual Light Transmittance and relates to how dark your windows can be tinted. In all states and territories of Australia, you cannot have a VLT of less than 35% on your Driver or Front Passenger windows.
